Introduction Seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Compliance Administrator with strong administrative experience to support the Compliance function. The role will be responsible for capturing, updating and maintaining compliance data, records and documentation, ensuring information is accurate, complete and readily available for reporting, monitoring and audit purposes. Duties & Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Capture, update and maintain compliance data, registers, records and supporting documentation. Ensure all compliance information is accurate, complete and kept up to date. Maintain electronic and manual compliance filing and document management systems. Update compliance trackers, monitoring schedules, action logs and regulatory registers. Assist with the administration and tracking of compliance reviews, findings and outstanding actions. Collate information and supporting documentation required for compliance monitoring and reporting. Assist in preparing compliance reports, spreadsheets and management information. Follow up with relevant departments on outstanding compliance information and documentation. Maintain records relating to policies, procedures, regulatory requirements and compliance activities. Support the Compliance team with general administration, meeting coordination, correspondence and record keeping. Assist with preparing documentation and evidence for internal/external audits and regulatory reviews. Ensure confidential and sensitive information is handled appropriately and in accordance with company requirements. Identify missing or inconsistent information and escalate discrepancies to the relevant Compliance Officer. Ensure administrative activities are completed within agreed deadlines and service standards. Desired Experience & Qualification Experience & Requirements Previous experience in a Administrator, strong administrative/data-capturing role. Experience within financial services, insurance, banking or another regulated environment would be advantageous. Strong data capturing, record keeping and document management experience. Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Strong organisational and time-management skills. Ability to work with large volumes of information and documentation. Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively within a deadline-driven environment.
