Introduction Location: Newcastle / Ladysmith / Estcourt Industry: Food Manufacturing Salary: R12,000 per month Fuel: Provided by the company Own Vehicle: Essential A well-established Food Manufacturing Company is looking for a driven and experienced Sales Representative to join their team and develop business across the Northern Natal region. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing sales, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers and identifying new business opportunities within the allocated territory. Duties & Responsibilities KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers • Identify and secure new customers and business opportunities • Promote and sell the company’s food products to customers within the assigned territory • Conduct regular customer visits and follow up on enquiries and sales opportunities • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets • Grow the company’s customer base and increase sales within the territory • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products • Prepare quotations and follow up to convert enquiries into sales • Process and follow up on customer orders • Maintain regular communication with customers regarding orders, products and deliveries • Monitor competitor activity and market trends • Provide feedback to management on customer requirements and market opportunities • Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer queries professionally • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity and prospects • Travel regularly throughout Newcastle, Ladysmith, Estcourt and surrounding areas
