Field Sales Representative – Commission Only

About the Opportunity We are looking for motivated and ambitious Field Sales Representatives to join our growing sales team. You will be responsible for identifying potential customers, presenting our products, assisting customers with the application process, and generating new business. This is a 100% commission-based opportunity. There is no basic salary, but the commission structure is highly competitive and provides the opportunity to earn according to your performance. Key Responsibilities Prospect for new customers in your assigned area. Approach potential customers and introduce our products. Explain product benefits clearly and professionally. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products. Complete applications and sales accurately. Follow up with prospective and existing customers. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of sales and prospects. Represent the company professionally at all times. Requirements Matric / Grade 12 preferred. Previous sales experience is advantageous but not essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Confident and comfortable approaching new people. Self-motivated and target-driven. Ability to work independently in the field. Professional and reliable. Must have a smartphone. Must be willing to work on a commission-only basis.
