Location: Remote Employment Type: Contract / Part-Time Working Hours: Approximately 30 Hours Per Month (Initial Requirement) About the Role Excevo is looking for a leading debt solutions provider, highly organised and detail-oriented administrator to provide dedicated support with Vote Processing and Breach Notice Issuing and processing of customer insolvency and debt solution activities. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with previous experience in financial services, debt management, insolvency, legal administration, customer administration, or compliance-based roles. The successful candidate will receive process-specific training but should already possess strong administrative, organisational, and data-processing skills. Key ResponsibilitiesVote Processing Process votes in accordance with agreed procedures and client requirements. Review submitted information for accuracy and completeness. Ensure all records are updated correctly and within agreed deadlines. Maintain accurate audit trails and documentation. Breach Notice Administration Prepare and issue breach notices in line with established procedures. Verify supporting information prior to notice issuance. Ensure all customer and account records are maintained accurately. Monitor outstanding actions and follow-up requirements. Administrative Support Manage and maintain accurate electronic records. Perform data entry and validation tasks with a high level of accuracy. Liaise with internal departments where necessary to resolve queries. Support process improvements and administrative efficiencies. Compliance & Accuracy Ensure all activities are completed in line with client procedures. Maintain confidentiality and data protection standards. Escalate discrepancies or concerns when identified. Follow all operational processes and quality requirements. Excellent attention to detail. Strong written English skills. Strong organisational and time-management abilities. High level of accuracy when handling documentation and data. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong problem-solving skills. Highly Desirable Experience within: Debt Management Financial Services Insolvency Legal Administration Compliance Administration Banking Operations Collections & Recoveries Experience working with confidential customer information. Experience processing regulated or compliance-sensitive documentation. Technical Requirements Laptop or PC with reliable internet connection. Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Excel, Word). Ability to work comfortably across multiple systems and platforms.
