Software Developer (C#, .NET, SQL)

The successful candidate must be an expert in C#, .NET, and SQL technical assessments will be conducted to validate proficiency. Position Purpose The Full Stack Developer is responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and maintaining end‑to‑end software solutions across the company’s product ecosystem. This role combines front‑end and back‑end development, database design, system integration, and modern AI‑enabled development practices. The incumbent will develop features, functions, and sections of the company’s systems, ensure seamless interoperability between applications, and contribute to the company’s long‑term technology vision. The role requires strong coding capability, analytical thinking, and the ability to support both internal teams and external clients. Essential Functions & Basic Duties Full Stack Development Develop, maintain, and enhance front‑end and back‑end components using C#, .NET, SQL Server, and modern web technologies. Build reusable, readable, and scalable code aligned with the company’s architectural standards. Implement integrations between internal systems, client platforms, and third‑party applications. Ensure all code is thoroughly tested, debugged, and reviewed. Strong understanding of C#, .NET, SQL Server, relational databases, and modern web development. Knowledge of integration frameworks, API development, and cloud‑based architectures. Understanding of AI‑enabled development (advantageous). Tech Stack C# / .NET / .NET Core Microsoft SQL Server REST APIs, JSON, XML JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS Azure (advantageous) AI/ML tools or Copilot (advantageous) Experience Required 4+ years of full stack development experience. Experience in system integration, API development, and database design. Experience working with senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams. Skills & Abilities Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Solid organisational skills and attention to detail. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to analyse large datasets and write comprehensive reports. Ability to support others and work collaboratively. Ability to operate all related computer applications and hardware.
