Role Summary Managing Time and Attendance. Capture accurate time and attendance records on monthly basis to ensure accurate payroll run, and keep up with deadlines. Job Description Main Responsibilities: Time & Attendance Upload new employee fingerprints onto the T&A system for access control. Capture accurate payroll information and data into the T&A system. Distribute clocking reports to Process Leaders, Foreman’s on a weekly basis. Daily communication, interaction with Process Leaders, Foremen, and operations clerks with regards to T& A clocking’s Changing of shift cycles where necessary. Processing leave forms on the T&A system. Ensure 100% accuracy of time and attendance records on a weekly and monthly basis to ensure accurate payroll run Terminate employees who are dismissed or resigned on T&A system. Bestime System Run daily, weekly and monthly reports to identify missing Time and attendance data and distribute to relevant clerks. Monitor unapproved under-time and overtime, daily. Payroll Administration Proper management of payroll data. Investigate payroll related queries. Ensure employees are paid accurately and on time by collecting and organizing time sheets, entering employee information into the system before payroll cut-off dates. Ensure on submission for overtime hours. Management of Sick leave monitoring and collection of sick notes. Resolve payroll discrepancies by collecting and analysing information on time sheets. Maintain payroll related employee records. Liaising with Head Office payroll team regarding payroll related matters. Ensure documents are completed and signed off by relevant parties. Provide HR Admin support to the HR Team. A-BL Recruitment, Monthly File Audit, Site Communication, CSI and Employee Morale Initiatives, capture employee photos on the intranet/SAP, 5S principles and other projects. Knowledge/Competencies: Diploma in Human Resource/Office Administration. Minimum 2 years relevant operational experience, preferably in a unionized food processing plant. Strong people management skills. Ability to work under pressure, in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Understand the need for confidentiality in dealing with all T&A and HR related issues. Excellent computer skills and proficient in MS Office. SAP knowledge and Experience. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Deadline driven and able to work under pressure. Results / Goal orientated. Attention to detail and diligence. Clear criminal record.
