Junior Sales Representative

Job Description This full-time, on-site role is based at our new world-class production facility in Mount Edgecombe, Durban. As a Junior Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth within the assigned region by building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting ITL’s product and service solutions. Key responsibilities include meeting sales targets, preparing sales reports, collaborating with internal teams, developing sales strategies, and providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and business retention. Qualifications Strong sales and negotiation skills, including experience in meeting and exceeding sales targets Customer relationship management and ability to build and maintain strong partnerships Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Strategic thinking, business development, and market analysis capabilities Time management, organisational, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant sales tools Prior experience in the labelling, textile manufacturing, or clothing retail industries is a plus Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred Valid driver’s licence with the ability to travel within the KZN and neighbouring regions Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: R10 000,00 - R15 000,00 per month Experience: Textile Sales: 5 years (Required) Work Location: In person
