Checks are fulfilled through external authorised providers. Resume Document Hub coordinates the process; we are not a credit bureau and are not an accredited screening provider.

- Availability of each check depends on lawful purpose, candidate consent and our provider arrangements. Pricing and turnaround are confirmed in your quotation.
- Screening results should inform, not automatically decide, a hiring outcome. Candidates can query and dispute a result.
- Credit checks are only coordinated for roles where the legal conditions for employment-related credit checks are met.
- We handle candidate information in line with POPIA and collect only what the requested checks need.
