R40,000 per month CTC Employment Type: Permanent About the Role A talented junior Software Developer with a background or strong interest in gaming and 3D simulation is required to join a growing technical team. This role is ideal for a bright graduate with strong academic results who wants to apply their skills in a real‑world industrial engineering environment. No prior mining or industrial experience is required — the focus is on strong technical foundations, creativity, and a willingness to learn. Key Responsibilities Assist in developing 3D simulation tools and applications to support engineering and training functions. Contribute to the design and build of interactive and visual software applications. Support testing, debugging, and refinement of simulation software. Collaborate with engineering teams to translate technical requirements into simulation environments. Continuously build skills in 3D modelling, simulation engines, and related development tools. Requirements Relevant qualification in Software Development, Computer Science, Game Development, or a related field. Strong academic record. Exposure to gaming development and/or 3D simulation tools (e.g., Unity, Unreal Engine) is advantageous. Strong problem‑solving and logical thinking ability.
