IntroductionPepkor Lifestyle is looking for a passionate and organised Learning and Development Administrator to join our dynamic Human Resources team. The successful candidate will support the delivery and administration of learning and development initiatives across the business, contributing to the enhancement of learning processes, employee capability and a culture of continuous development. This role will also play a key part in learning administration, reporting and compliance, e-learning content development, and the coordination of learnership and internship programmes. Key ResponsibilitiesLearning & Development Administration:Provide effective administrative support for the Group's Learning and Development initiatives and programmes.Contribute towards the enhancement of Learning and Development approaches, processes and practices.Coordinate and administer training interventions, workshops, programmes and learning activities.Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records and the Learning and Development database.Monitor training participation and completion and ensure all relevant documentation is maintained.Provide administrative support to employees, managers and other stakeholders regarding learning and development activities.Learning Content & E-Learning:Develop and maintain learning materials for e-learning environments and ad hoc training interventions.Assist with the design and development of engaging learning content aligned to business and employee development needs.Ensure learning materials and resources are accurate, relevant and accessible to the target audience.Support the implementation and maintenance of digital learning initiatives and content.Reporting, Compliance & SETA Administration:Maintain accurate training data and produce relevant reports for the Group, including WSP/ATR, Employment Equity and BBBEE reporting requirements.Ensure accurate and timely submission of relevant learning and development information and documentation.Manage and maintain W&RSETA administration relating to learnerships, internships and other applicable programmes.Maintain accurate records and documentation to support audit, compliance and reporting requirements.Assist with monitoring and tracking learning programme expenditure, participation and outcomes where required.Learnerships & Internships:Coordinate the administration and delivery of learnership and internship programmes.Conduct talent planning and acquisition activities for learnership and internship programmes.Support the recruitment, selection, onboarding and administration of learners and interns.Liaise with internal stakeholders, external service providers and relevant SETA representatives to ensure programmes are effectively managed.Monitor learner and intern progress and maintain accurate programme records.Stakeholder & Customer Support:Enable customer centricity within the division and service departments by providing professional and responsive Learning and Development support.Build and maintain effective relationships with employees, managers, service providers and other stakeholders.Respond to learning and development queries and ensure that stakeholders receive timely and accurate support.Teamwork & Self-ManagementDemonstrate effective self-management, planning and prioritisation to meet deadlines and deliverables.Work collaboratively with the broader HR team and relevant business stakeholders.Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and the employee learning experience.Key RequirementsExperience in a Learning and Development, Training Administration or HR environment, preferably within a corporate or retail environment.Knowledge and understanding of learning and development processes and practices.Experience in training administration, maintaining learning databases and producing accurate reports.Knowledge of W&RSETA processes, particularly relating to learnerships and internships, would be advantageous.Understanding of WSP/ATR, Employment Equity and BBBEE reporting requirements.Experience in developing learning materials for e-learning and/or digital learning environments.Strong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple programmes and deadlines.Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with data, reports and compliance documentation.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with employees and stakeholders at different levels.Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.Qualifications & ExperienceGrade 12.Relevant qualification in Human Resources, Learning and Development, Education, Training or a related field.Previous experience in Learning and Development, Training Administration or a related HR environment.Experience with learnership and internship programmes is advantageous.Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and/or e-learning platforms is advantageous.Experience within the retail environment is advantageous.AttributesCustomer responsivenessPlanning and prioritisingAttention to detailAnalytical thinking and sound judgementLearning agilityCommunication and interpersonal skillsRelationship buildingTeamwork and collaborationSelf-managementExcellence orientationInnovation and continuous improvement
