An opportunity exists for a detail-oriented HR Administrator to join the Human Resources team on a 10-month fixed-term contract. The Role The HR Administrator will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support across the employee lifecycle, ensuring accurate HR records, timely processing of employee-related transactions, and the effective execution of HR processes. Duties & Responsibilities Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files. Ensure accuracy and integrity of employee data within HR systems. Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparation of employee documentation. Prepare employment contracts, letters, and other HR-related correspondence. Support employee movements, organisational changes, and employee data updates. Assist with payroll administration by providing accurate employee information and supporting documentation. Administer leave, employee benefits, and general HR transactions. Generate and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and employee metrics. Ensure all employee documentation complies with company policies and legislative requirements. Respond to employee queries and provide first-line HR administrative support. Support audits by maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR records. Assist with HR projects, process improvement initiatives, and annual HR cycles as required. Coordinate training administration, including scheduling and maintaining training records. Desired Experience & Qualification Completed Degree in Human Resources Management or related field. Minimum 3 years' HR Administration experience within a corporate or multinational environment. Experience working with HRIS platforms and employee data management. Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel. Experience working with SAP HR/HCM or a similar Human Resources Information System (HRIS) is essential. Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy. Understanding of payroll inputs and HR administration processes. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Strong organisational and communication skills. Package & Remuneration R20,000 - R25,000 CTC per month
